You can become one of the family when you choose a homestead or farmstay experience. Your experience may involve sharing the home with a family, including the bathroom/s, and sharing meals too. Homestead and farmstay hosts are naturally friendly and open, giving you a chance to get to understand our Island and its people.
You may be able to help a farmer close a gate or milk a cow, watch kelp harvesters work the shorelines of their Bass Strait homes, feed the local deer, pick olives or grapes in the Coal River Valley, Tamar Valley or east coast.
