Hotels and motels in Tasmania come in all sizes and types. You will find a number of the major hotel chains such as Accor, Rydges, Grand Chancellor, Best Western, Choice, and Budget along with quality local hotel groups such as Pure Tasmania, Innkeepers, TasVillas Group, Tassie B&B Pubs and Stay Tasmania.
Hobart features Australia's first Casino/Hotel - Wrest Point, and Launceston is home to the Country Club Tasmania featuring both Hotel and Villa accommodation. Both Casinos also have auditoriums where international and local stars perform on tour.

Rooms generally include private bathrooms and are serviced daily. Some may offer additional services - restaurant, business services, room service, swimming pool/gymnasium, childcare, games room, licensed bar and conference services. Many hotels and motels offer WiFi.
