  • Before We Eat  tells the quirky story of Tasmania’s food producers from the first Australian cookery book, the first vineyards, and the oldest brewery and more.
  • Hobart's CWA (Country Womens' Association) store in Elizabeth Street, Hobart has been identified in many TV programs and magazine articles as unique in Australia - it shares a building with a tattoo parlour (how's that for contrast!) - and should definitely be put on your list.
