Course descriptions:
Cross Country Eliminator
Based in Tolosa Park the Glenorchy XCE will be a 1km (approx.) course through a variety of parkland terrain. This short and sharp course will take riders around the event village, undoubtedly lined with a cheering crowd.
Cross Country
Expect a fresh take on an old favourite, with a new course with a mix of fast flowing single track, steep climbs and slow-speed technical terrain. This course will suit those will skill, power and fitness. This year’s 5km (approx.) course will be based out of the picturesque Tolosa Park, providing a large event village in the lush grassland of the park area.
Downhill
The Glenorchy downhill course needs no introduction. Five years of National Series Rounds and widely regarded as one of Australia’s best, expect a course that is ‘better again’ for this year’s round. Expect steeper terrain, more jumps and an improved lower course section.
