What makes ArtEx different?

ArtEx is one of the largest and longest running exhibitions of local art in Tasmania.

The Exhibition creates an opportunity for people to own a Piece of Tasmanian art that would cost twice as much from a Mainland gallery. It is not widely recognized that high quality artworks do not have to cost the earth.

Art lovers can discover an emerging artist. Over the years many well know artists have participated in the Exhibition and have gained recognition as a result. Significant prize money attracts many professional artists and a diverse range of artistic styles and themes.

All surpluses from ArtEx are used to fund The Rotary Club of Ulverstone West's youth activity. This is a suite of programs from year 9 and 10 through to the Rotary Youth Leadership Award designed to "Give young individuals experiences to realise their potential".
