Encore Performing Arts Studio present "EUROBEAT almost Eurovision!". The glorious stage musical that celebrates everything we love and cringe about the Eurovision Song Contest.
Glitz, glamour, sequins, wind machines, ridiculous key changes – it’s all part of “Eurobeat – Almost Eurovision”!
In a show that celebrates all that we find cringe worthy about the Eurovision Song Contest, we are transported to Sarajevo (who have somehow managed to win the right to host the contest) and are treated to performances from groups all over Europe.
In true Eurovision style the audience chooses the winner of the competition each night. Unlike any other show you might go to see, at “Eurobeat” you are encouraged to keep your mobile phone on so you can vote for your favourite country! There will also be prizes for our audience to win best EUROtrash costume each night so start bedazzling…
Competing Countries are: Ireland, Estonia, Liechtenstein, Russia, Sweden, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, United Kingdom, Norway, Italy, France, Ukraine, Greece and Morocco.
