Its that time of year again where everyone wants to eat seafood, but what can you do apart from go to the local fish and chip shop. Come along to a Seafood Specific cooking school conducted by Ben Milbourne to get some tips and ideas on exciting ways to use seafood. The Classess include all ingredients and a 3 course meal plus a glass of wine.
