39 Steps, The

Based on the 1935 Hitchcock spy thriller movie and John Buchan’s murder mystery novel, the 39 Steps will take audiences into the life of an innocent man Richard Hannay who is on the run and trying to escape the police for a murder he did not commit. The play presents a man’s flirtation with espionage following his meeting with an attractive young lady and her murder at his apartment after she reveals some secret information. With minimal scenery, props, shadow puppetry, and just four actors playing a minimum of 150 roles this play is guaranteed to contain comedy and thrill galore.
